Our Promise…

We believe that we have exceptional products and a great customer service policy in a world where the cult of mediocrity prevails.  Many of our products carry 5-10 year guarantees and we will be delighted to honour these guarantees in the event that you are not entirely happy with your purchase.

Where does store deliver and how quickly?

We offer delivery anywhere throughout the UK and Northern Ireland.  Stock permitting, most orders can be delivered within 4-5 working days, however please allow 28 days for delivery as we occasionally run out of some of our innovative and popular space saving storage items. 

If you do live outside the UK, you can still place an order for delivery within the UK.  Alternatively we are happy to deliver overseas but please call us on 0870 224 2660 to discuss your order as delivery charges will vary.

Within the United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands) our standard delivery charge is £5.95 although special handling charges may still apply to bulky or weighty purchases. If you’re in a hurry please call us on 0870 224 2660 and we can arrange a next-day service. We cannot deliver to PO Box address and please remember, like most retailers, our deliveries do require a signature. 

We trust our couriers (who we know and love!) to deliver our products to you in perfect condition. However, damages do very occasionally occur in transit.  Therefore, when receiving deliveries please check for damages to the outer box before signing the receipt. If there is visible damage please sign and write “ outer damaged” below your signature.  If you have a moment to open the parcel and check the contents it’s always advisable but if you’re pushed for time please write “contents unchecked” below your signature.

What if I’d like to Exchange or Return an Item?

We are very happy to refund or exchange items you are not entirely happy with and we will gladly pay postage on any defective item. However,  in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with a purchased item and wish to exchange it, you will be responsible for return postage.

In these cases all items must be returned within 10 days of purchase with the original packaging intact and in a resalable condition. Please return your goods to us yourself or call TheStore Ltd on 0870 224 2660 and we will arrange collection. All returns should be sent to:

Other Terms & Conditions

Any contract between us, whether for use of the site or in relation to the purchase of products or services through the site will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and all parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Any contract will be communicated in English.

We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of www.aplaceforeverything.co.uk, however we cannot guarantee uninterrupted and totally reliable access, and so therefore can not guarantee that the information will always be completely up to date and free of mistakes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, TheStore Ltd. disclaim all warranties; expressed or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on www.aplaceforeverything.co.uk and will accept no liability for any loss or damage arising as a result of problems with access.

TheStore Ltd has made every effort to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible. However, different PC’s and VDU’s reproduce colours in slightly different ways. Exact colour matches are not yet possible.  When you order products from the www.aplaceforeverything.co.uk , colours may differ from what you see on the screen.

All product dimensions are stated as accurately as possible, however sometimes product sizes do vary slightly especially on natural products such as rattan, wicker etc.  If you have issues relating to fitting our products into a particular space please telephone on 0870 224 2660 for additional product details as TheStore cannot be held responsible for size issues after products are dispatched.

TheStore Ltd. shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

Some Hyperlinks on www.aplaceforeverything.co.uk may lead to other websites, which are not under the control of TheStore Ltd. When you activate any of these you will leave the www.aplaceforeverything.co.uk website and TheStore Ltd. has no control over and will accept no responsibility or liability for the material on any website which is not under the control of TheStore Ltd.

TheStore Ltd validates the order and credit or debit card details submitted to us before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide in your registration form.

Subject to further validation checks we may choose to make, our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.

TheStore Ltd. reserves the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual customer. All orders are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited from your account at the time of order. All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

TheStore Ltd has taken care to ensure prices are accurate. Prices may change over time. All prices include VAT where appropriate. Promotions and prices you see in store high street shops do not apply to www.aplaceforeverything.co.uk, and vice versa.     All sales to UK (except Channel Islands) and European Community (EC) clients are subject to VAT on most goods at 17.5%, which is included in the prices shown in the online catalogue. Carriage is not subject to VAT. Non EC clients are exempt from VAT. EC business clients are exempt from VAT, but a valid EC VAT number must be provided.

The exclusions of liability set out in these terms and conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of TheStore Ltd. or any of their employees or agents.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, or unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
