In2Wood was founded by designer and entrepreneur Matthieu Meert on his own: from sketching and designing to product development and woodworking. Creating high-quality Belgian designs that appear simple yet are a product of a great deal of thought and expertise. Freehand drawings are where the collections are first born: he draws, sketches and designs until the final draft gets his gut approval. The end result is often a set of streamlined, playful collections with wood being the main thought and its detailed finish.
A nomadic lifestyle springs to mind when looking at the In2Wood collections as beautiful as they are in their simplicity, they are simple to move around, allowing you to easily adapt them to your interior needs.
At In2wood they prefer to work with FSC labelled wood, ensuring that the label is attested to sustainable forest management.
