My product came scratched, now I have a white ladder with the wood visable. I got a bigger ladder at Dunelm for less and it came perfect. Delivery was a bit long and I didnt want to flaff around with the return.

This is a great product. Sturdy, easy assembly and looks good. BUT the only thing that lets it down in my opinion is the pathetic "stick-on" covers for the screw heads. How cheap and nasty they look. Much better to have standard "click on" plastic covers. That's the only thing that prevented a 5* rating and would be a really low cost improvement.
