Why didn't we spot this amazing product before! It's been around since 1978 and it's amazing! Simply pop this clever little red egg into your pan and watch it change colour as the eggs cook.

The graduated scale shows when eggs are soft, medium or hard-boiled by sensing heat instead of time. Amazing the sensor can account for the number of eggs, the amount of water and (its inventor tells us) even the altitude at which the eggs are being cooked!

Eddingtons

Since 2000 when Eddingtons was founded by Brian Rogers, they have always seen themselves as a little bit different from the mainstream housewares suppliers.
