Some bits are well made, some aren't. It's actually made by Umbra. It does work for me but the paper towel doesn't roll very smoothly.

I am sorry to hear that you paper towel doesn't roll quite a smoothly as you would like,  we have sold lots of these and to be honest we have never had this feedback before, perhaps if you try and different brand it may work better for you.  Alternatively if you would like to return it to us we will happily issue a full refund. Well made, sturdy product
Good quality item that does the job. Sleek and stylish design, with a minimalist feel to it. Also, its made of sturdy materials so isn't going to fall apart or unclip itself. Very functional with multiple siting capabilities. Am very pleased with it.
Very easy to put together, just 2 screws (included) - however if you have pelmet fittings below the bottom of your cupboards it can cause problems fitting it there (ours is fitted over a door)
