Simply fill the two feet shapes with pureed fruit, yoghurt, fruit juice etc and place them in the freezer. A few hours later you'll have a tasty treat the kids will love with no hidden nasties.

Better still, as the ice lolly moulds are crafted from silicone you can simply wash and reuse.
